This is the fourth one. (<a href=\"https:\/\/dorjegurung.com\/blog\/2018\/01\/everyday-science-learn-to-teach-teach-to-learn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here<\/a> for the blog post <em>Everyday Science: Learn, To Teach; Teach, To Learn<\/em> in which you can find links to all the blog post about the workshops.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dorjegurung.com\/everyday_science\/D4S1%20-%20Burning%20issue%20of%20Candle.pdf\">Click here<\/a> for a PDF version of the PowerPoint presentation on the activity on observing a burning candle and the investigation involving it and a glass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(I used the same activity in <a href=\"https:\/\/dorjegurung.com\/blog\/2016\/07\/teach-for-nepal-critical-thinking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the one-off workshop<\/a> I conducted for the Teach for Nepal science fellows in July 2016.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second model lesson was one on discovery learning, in which, I performed some light magic just as I did at the <a href=\"https:\/\/dorjegurung.com\/blog\/2017\/12\/intro-to-science-teacher-training-program-with-some-light-magic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dec. 1, 2017 session<\/a> introducing the program to teacher and administrators gathered at the art council.
