On September 9, 2015, on the invitation of Professor Maya Soetoro-Ng, sister to President Obama, I gave a presentation to her Leadership for Social Change class at University of Hawaii.
Titled “Education, Leadership and Life” I talked about my education and life and why I am doing what I am doing in Nepal and abroad to effect social change and contribute to peace in the world.

A discovery I made a while ago and the basis for the way I view our world and the way I relate to my fellow humans on this planet.Talking about the children of Thangpalkot and rural Nepal, and how they suffer and what I do in Nepal.Why I do what I do in Nepal for children like those above.Talking about my efforts to contribute what I can to peace in the world by sharing my life story and what I have learned.Maya talks to her students at the end of my presentation.
Following the presentation, we went out for a nice lunch of sea food at the waterfront!
