Neither the physical structures and the state Singha Durbar is in nor those working inside the buildings in the complex on our behalf represent the country of Nepal. Those employed inside those compounds can't even maintain the facade of the main structure! The complex needs cleaning.

Nepalese Constitution 2072: Discriminatory Citizenship Rights (Maithili version)
The Nepalese constitution promulgated on September 20, 2015 discriminates against women. Rights available to men aren't available to women. One such right is the right to pass on citizenship to children. This is the Maithili version of a series of info-graph which very clearly lays out the details.
