One of the happiest days of my life was a Spring day in 1990. At the time, I was wrapping up my second year at UWC of the Adriatic and waiting to hear from American colleges and universities I had applied to. A letter from Grinnell College would make my day then!
All about following ones dreams to make life meaningful. In my case, the dream was to get advanced degree in the US and then return to Nepal to help the next generation of children from low socioeconomic backgrounds, which is what I have done.
What matters the most? And with matters of the heart, sometimes tough decisions have to be made as difficult as it might be for it to accept.
